Tech clients focused purely on driving conversions

Background

Overview

Swrve was one of my first tech clients focused purely on driving conversions. As an international software business selling directly to some of the largest organisations in the world, their website played a pivotal role in empowering their sales team to generate leads and close deals.

Over the course of six years, I collaborated with Swrve to create various iterations of their website, adapting to their evolving needs and shifting business objectives. This project holds a special place in my heart, as I genuinely felt like a part of the Swrve team. Working with such a passionate client fuelled my own commitment to user-centred design.

The Challenge

Adapting to Rapid Business Evolution
Swrve’s offerings and business direction evolved quickly, introducing new products and services. The website needed to remain flexible and scalable, accommodating these changes while maintaining a logical and intuitive flow.

Achieving Conversion Targets
With a strong focus on lead generation and sales, every design decision had to be informed by data. Conversion rate optimisation was a constant priority, requiring ongoing analysis and iteration.

Process & Approach

Regular Communication - Weekly meetings ensured alignment with Swrve’s goals, while monthly and quarterly reviews helped track progress and adapt to any shifts in priorities.

Data-Driven Design - All design decisions were guided by data, including analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing results. This approach ensured the website not only looked great but also performed effectively in driving conversions.

Agile Workflow - By incorporating sprint planning and setting clear milestones, the project remained flexible and responsive to Swrve’s evolving needs.

Results

Over the six years of collaboration, our work delivered significant results:

300% Increase in Revenue and Lead Generation
The website’s performance improved dramatically, contributing to a substantial boost in Swrve’s revenue and lead generation metrics.

Influence on SaaS Product Design
Beyond the website, my design work also influenced the Swrve SaaS product itself. This was a particularly rewarding aspect of the project, reflecting the depth of trust and collaboration between us.

Their passion for their business inspired me to push my own boundaries as a designer. This case study underscores the value of long-term partnerships, agile methodologies, and a user-centred approach to design.
