Overview
I worked as a supporting UI designer on a 12-month phased project to overhaul the VHI website. Collaborating closely with the UX team, we focused on improving user flows and tackling the project in batches to ensure a seamless experience. The primary goal of the initial phase was to optimise how users are funnelled towards selecting the right insurance plan, enhancing navigation and user engagement throughout the site.
In the second phase, we shifted our attention to the MyVHI login area. This involved designing more interactive elements, such as document scanning features and creating more complex user dashboards, providing users with a more dynamic and intuitive experience.
There was a great deal of learning on this project, as it involved documenting the design system in a digital brand book, which served as a guide for the internal rollout of future pages and sections. The objective was to empower the marketing team and internal web designers to maintain consistency and uphold UX integrity across the site.
